Dear FSSA Members, Friends and Enthusiasts ..
You will find the trophy donation form for 2010 FSSA
National Specialty, Sweepstakes, Obedience and Rally trophies, and the
trophies for the trailer shows linked below. As you are aware, we depend
on the generosity of all of you to support this endeavor. To entice you
to make a donation, we are offering free catalog advertising as follows:

If you pledge $50,
you will be entitled to have your business card inserted (there will be 3
or 4 per page)

If you pledge $75,
you will be entitled to half page ad (no picture)
-
If you pledge $100,
you will be entitled to a full page with one photo
-
If you are the
first donor pledging
$150 - $199, you will get the inside
back cover with one picture
- If you are the
first donor pledging
$200 - $249 you will have the outside back
cover with one picture
-
If you are the
first donor pledging
$250 (or more!) you will have the center
spread (2 pages).
(Ad deadline will be April 15, 2010 if you have the
2010 FSSA Committee design it, or May 1st if it comes camera ready. We
will notify you by March 15, 2010 as to where to send your advertising
material. These ads will be in color. If you don't pledge a donation,
you will still be able to buy advertising space in the specialty
catalog.)
We tried hard to select quality useful items
and hope you think so too. To get your pledge in quickly:
First: save this spreadsheet to
your computer.
Second: select the class or
classes you would like to donate to on the spreadsheet and indicate if
you have a 2nd or 3rd choice in case others have already pledged that
specific trophy or trophies.
Third: Once you've got your
pledge(s) marked, please attach the spreadsheet to an email to SHEILA
MILLER
sdmiller5969@sbcglobal.net .
Indicate in the email to Sheila that you will pay
through PayPal (when you pay through
PayPal, you'll need to take your total and multiply it by 1.04 to cover
the PayPal fees; i.e., if you pledge $28 X 1.04 you'll need to pay
$29.12; if you fail to include the up charge, you will be billed for it) or
will be sending your check by snail mail. Sheila's mailing address is PO
